2. Difficulty breathing.
Shortness of breath occurs when the lungs don’t receive enough oxygen to optimally supply the body. If you or someone around you is experiencing difficulty breathing, you should definitely consult a doctor, as this could be a sign of a possible heart attack. According to WebMD, “Shortness of breath and fatigue can be signs of heart failure.” Heart failure refers to the heart’s inability to pump enough blood throughout the body.
3. Weakness
If you suddenly feel weak for no apparent reason, your body may be trying to remind you to slow down and rethink your lifestyle.
4. Dizziness and cold sweats
Both dizziness and cold sweats can indicate poor blood circulation, which should not be ignored.
5. Flu-like or cold-like symptoms
Many people who have had a heart attack report developing flu-like symptoms a few days before the attack.
6. Chest pressure:
A common symptom of a heart attack is a feeling of pressure in the chest. This pressure steadily increases until the heart attack occurs.
