Many people neglect to clean their ovens properly and often use chemicals that can have harmful side effects, especially on our health. Cleaning the oven is one of the most tedious household chores, but the method we are going to share with you now simplifies the process without the need for harsh chemicals or tedious scrubbing. This technique only requires two simple ingredients: vinegar and baking soda.
Removing everything from the oven: First, remove all baking sheets and racks from the oven.
Making a baking soda paste: Mix a few tablespoons of baking soda with water in a bowl. Try to achieve a spreadable consistency that can be easily applied to the entire oven.
Applying the paste: Spread the baking soda solution evenly throughout the oven. Make sure to cover all areas, including the walls and bottom of the oven.
Let it sit overnight: Let the solution sit for at least 12 hours. This is the time needed for the baking soda to effectively break down dirt and grease.
