You will only need:
- 1 dishwasher tablet (gel or solid, it doesn’t matter)
- 1 baking dish or casserole dish
- Tap water
- A microfiber cloth or soft sponge

Simple steps for a perfect result
- Preheat oven to 90–95°C (no higher!).
- Meanwhile, fill the bowl with hot water and add the capsule.
- Once the oven is hot, place the baking dish on the middle shelf.
- Close the door and let it rest for an hour. Use this time to do something else!
- After an hour, turn off the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Be careful of the steam when you open it.
- Just wipe the inside with a damp cloth: the grease will magically come away!
