The joke of the moment: A little girl talking to her mother
Imagine an everyday family life: a little girl is sitting at the table, her mother is packing her shopping bag, and her father is coming home late from work. Everything seems quiet until the girl suddenly says something that makes her mother immediately stop what she is doing.
An innocent little girl looks at her mother and says with a mischievous smile:
“Mom, while you were away, a strange woman was in the house.”
The mother immediately freezes.
“A strange woman?” he asks slowly.
The girl nods seriously, as if revealing a big secret.
“Yes. He came to help Dad.”
The mother slowly puts down the shopping bag and tries to stay calm.
“With what?”
“With documents,” the girl says. “Dad said he lost something important.”
The mother takes a deep breath. She decides not to say anything until her husband gets home. A few hours later, the father comes home from work. He puts down his briefcase, takes off his coat, and immediately notices that the atmosphere in the house is strange.
His wife looks at him searchingly.
“Our daughter told me something,” he says.
Dad frowns.
