1. Hot water and lemon

Lemon is a valuable and extremely effective ally for refreshing pillows, ensuring a restful sleep and maximum comfort. The following tips will help you make the most of the whitening and disinfecting properties of citrus fruits.

Boil 2.5 liters of water and add 6 cups of lemon juice. Soak the pillow in the lemon water for about 2 hours. Finally, wash the pillow with soapy water to remove any stains, rinse, and dry. If necessary, add more water until the pillow is completely submerged in the solution.
